DALLAS, TX – TSP (Technology Service Professionals), a leading provider of information technology services to Fortune 500 companies, announced today it has promoted Frank Gonzalez, current vice president of operations (and co-founder), to the role of chief executive officer. Gonzalez will succeed Rick Skaggs, the company’s current CEO (and co-founder), effective immediately. Skaggs will continue to serve TSP in the capacity of president of mergers & acquisitions, and emerging business.

Frank Gonzalez and Rick Skaggs founded TSP in 2002 after their branch at Honeywell International was unexpectedly shut down. The company has grown exponentially ever since in employee headcount, customer count, and revenue. This year the company hit 600 employees and ranked 65th on the 2015 Dallas 100™ list of most entrepreneurial companies.
Gonzalez holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology from DeVry University. Before co-founding TSP, he held various positions at Honeywell International over a 12-year tenure. Frank is a Texas native and current resides in Grand Prairie with his wife of 21 years, Ana, two daughters, and one son.
