We prioritize continual training through our custom-built and innovative Rockstar U training platform for both professional and personal growth. Want to become CCNA certified? How about learning how to play guitar? You can do both in Rockstar U.

Additionally, our internally developed Boot Camp combines classroom and virtual training with mentoring and shadowing to give raw talent the tools and knowledge to become highly skilled and successful IT professionals.

Whether it be through time, financial impact, or otherwise, giving back is a huge part of what makes TSP tick — it’s actually written into our company vision. Not only do we support local charities to the Dallas-Fort Worth community, but with employees all over the country, we encourage employees to bring forward those opportunities to give back wherever they might live, work and play.
