Omar Gonzalez

Chief Customer Experience and Success Officer

As chief customer experience and success officer, Omar is responsible for spearheading initiatives to optimize customer experience and retention, focusing on fostering loyalty and leading a customer-centric approach in our operations. Not only does Omar truly care about establishing and maintaining relationships on a professional level, but he also cares about cultivating these relationships on a personal level. With his love of people and aptitude for maintaining strong relationships, he assists his customers by first listening carefully and then providing top service and creative solutions.

Omar joined the TSP team in 2003 as one of the four original employees, along with co-founders Frank Gonzalez and Rick Skaggs. He was intrigued by the idea of starting something new. Since 2003, Omar has worked as a field service engineer, field service supervisor, field service manager, and account manager for TSP. Omar continually expresses his gratitude for being a part of the TSP team since the very first day and truly appreciates the different responsibilities he has been given at the company. Before his arrival at TSP, Omar worked at Honeywell for six years as a field service engineer and field service supervisor. Omar received a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Information Science from St. Edward’s University. He has also held various certifications for Microsoft and NetApp.

Outside of work, Omar “eats, sleeps, and drinks” baseball, playing, coaching, and teaching the sport. He is even the director and commissioner of the Cedar Hill Baseball Association. Omar can also be found spending time with his wife of more than twenty years, Laura, and sons, Tony and Julian.
