Jeff Greene

Director, Customer Success

As director of customer success at TSP, Jeff plays a key role in aligning executive leadership, sales, delivery, and coordination teams with the goal of delivering exceptional experiences to our customers and partners. He leads a team of over 40 field engineers, specialists, and support staff who provide critical on-site services across the country.

With a career marked by deep operational expertise and hands-on leadership, Jeff most recently served as senior operations manager for one of TSP’s largest clients. His approach is rooted in a results-driven, “old school, do-what-you-have-to-do” mentality — a philosophy that has consistently earned trust and driven team growth year after year.

A proud Florida native, Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree from Indian River State College. Outside of work, he’s most often cheering from the sidelines at his two sons’ sporting events — a nerve-wracking yet unmissable part of his life. During the offseason, he enjoys kayaking, biking, and training at the CrossFit gym with his wife. A lifelong sports enthusiast, Jeff also spends time pursuing his favorite hobby — buying and selling sports cards.
