Haven Wynne

As Vice President of Public Sector Growth, Haven leads the development, launch, and expansion of TSP’s public sector business, initially focusing on the U.S. federal market before extending into state, local, and education (SLED) sectors. Drawing on extensive leadership experience as chief procurement officer for the City of Fort Worth and director of contract operations at the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), he has led procurement and contracting organizations in support of diverse government missions. Haven is widely recognized for bridging the gap between government needs and industry solutions, combining deep acquisition expertise with a talent for building trusted partnerships and transforming strategy into sustainable growth.

Haven’s academic journey includes studies at Midwestern State University, the University of Texas at Arlington, and Harvard University. Early in his career, he had the opportunity to deploy in support of efforts following the September 11 attacks — an experience he considers his proudest professional accomplishment. Throughout his career, he has been honored to support critical federal missions, including those of the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Defense. Despite his extensive public-sector experience, Haven is the first to admit that his tendency to use federal procurement acronyms and government jargon occasionally earns a few eye rolls from colleagues.

Outside of work, Haven is most passionate about investing in people, especially his two children. As he puts it, “I can’t stop talking about my kiddos, I’m a super proud dad.” On any given weekend, you’ll likely find him in the backyard or at a baseball tournament cheering on his son. During the offseason, he can often be found on the golf course enjoying 18 holes. Above all, Haven hopes to leave a legacy of developing others, helping people grow, and making a lasting impact on those around him.
