David Trammell

Director, Customer Success

As the director of IT services at TSP, David Trammell oversees a team of 150 resources for one of TSP’s largest customers. He manages the Dallas-area data centers, desktop support services, network, cable and server support teams, conference rooms, print environments, voice/mobility customer care, and global asset management teams. David aligns departmental goals with company objectives to support growth and efficiency. In his tenure with TSP, David has become renowned for his analytical sensibilities. Originally beginning his career as an operations coordinator and working his way up to the role of senior field service manager, David has consistently exceeded customer expectations while continuously building long-lasting customer relationships. Today, David proudly embraces the relationships he’s nurtured with his employees.

Originally hailing from Texarkana, TX, David attended college at the University of North Texas, where he met his wife of over a decade and with whom he shares two beautiful daughters and their dog, Cooper. In his free time, especially in the warmer months, you can find David in the middle of the fairway, or out on the lake with his family wakeboarding and wakesurfing.

Favorite meal: Pizza (but Tex Mex is a really close second)

Dream travel destination: Maldives or going skiing in the French Alps

Starbucks order: Not a coffee drinker, but I do like their Strawberry Acai Lemonade

Fun fact: I was on the original team that created the UNT collegiate wakeboarding team
