Cindee Caldwell

As the senior director of project management and coordination at TSP, Cindee works closely with our executive leadership, sales, delivery, and coordination teams, as well as our customers and partners. She leads the PMO and coordination teams, developing our methodologies and standards, and identifying process and efficiency opportunities. Cindee’s experience with TSP extends well over a decade where she first began as a senior project manager at one of TSP’s largest customer locations. In that role, she had the opportunity to observe firsthand TSP’s commitment to both customers and employees — strong driving factors in her decision to come back to TSP.

In her previous roles, Cindee has worked as a program and portfolio manager for Burger King Brand Services, governance for Restaurant Brands International, PMO manager of enterprise applications and engineering solutions, and senior program manager of infrastructure and security operations at Texas Instruments. Throughout her experience, she has become well regarded as highly-driven and results-oriented. Cindee’s passions reside in driving success for others ensuring her contributions directly benefit our employees and our customers, from improving customer experiences to enhancing team dynamics and achieving organizational goals.

Originally an Ohio native (Go Buckeyes!), Cindee moved to East Texas in her teenage years, and she likes to state — never looked back (“…several months of cold and snow is not for me!”). Cindee is deeply passionate about supporting veterans and mentoring young women both personally and professionally. In her off-time, Cindee enjoys the disconnection that comes with simply living, laughing, and enjoying down time with friends and family. As a photography hobby enthusiast, Cindee loves to explore life through her camera’s viewfinder with smooth jazz playing in her headphones.

My hero: My heroes are my mom and my grandma, two of the strongest women I know. They endured incredibly tough times when life was especially challenging for women, yet they both persevered.
