Services Specialists at TSP typically have the following job responsibilities:

  • Track the full lifecycle of professional services bookings, from quoting to invoicing
  • Collaborate with support, operations, logistics, sales, finance and legal to execute professional services tasks
  • Coordinate service engagements and installations within the US and overseas
  • Manage the calendars and scheduling of a team implementation engineers in the US and with service vendors
  • Support TSP sales, TSP procurement, TSP customers and service vendors with third party maintenance engagements and renewals
  • Develop, monitor, and follow up on reporting with professional service management and internal/external team members to ensure data is being maintained properly related to forecasting and implementation metrics
  • Work onsite in the TSP headquarters office located in Richardson, TX 75081, Monday through Friday
  • Flexibility supporting multiple time zones
  • Occasional after-hours work coordinating support engagements

The ideal person to fill this role will have experience such as:

  • Must be very detail-oriented and organized
  • Must be reliable, proactive, and possess the ability to take ownership of multiple engagements
  • Remain professional under pressure
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills including ability to tactfully respond to scheduling requests and provide alternative suggestions to satisfy all parties
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, able to speak articulately with personnel at all levels
  • Must have a general understanding of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word) and demonstrate superb communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
  • Requires high school diploma (or GED or high school equivalence certificate) and 0 to 2 years of experience
  • Performs work under direct supervision — handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff
  • Experience scheduling professional service engagements preferred
