San Jose (100% remote), California - Added 2021-12-23 NetApp Resident Consultant – 100% REMOTE

NetApp Resident Consultants at TSP typically have the following job responsibilities:

  • Track orders from PO to delivery
  • Coordinate installations and other non-break/fix on-site activities with our customer and the partner, including being online for install validation and hand-off to the build team (WF)
  • Maintain installation documentation (net new, node add, capacity add, etc.), and assist in development with project teams as new technologies are implemented
  • Maintain asset tracking data
  • Maintain and report installation metrics (turn-around time, call-backs, lessons learned, etc.)
  • ONTAP upgrades – coordinate resources and assist with execution, including engaging support as needed
  • Develop, track and report project workflows with project team and management stakeholders
  • Host project work sessions, touchpoint calls with management, report status
  • Host weekly performance review call and help with mitigating step to resolve perf issues
  • Collect logs and help troubleshoot support cases

To be successful, you’ll need experience such as:

  • Project management experience with data migrations, including coordinating calls during data migration executions and engaged support as needed
  • Experience with cDOT consolidation/data migrations would be a big help

Additional information about this NetApp Resident Consultant role:

  • This is an existing contract which has 3.5 months remaining and the likelihood for renewal
  • The target start date is 1/17/2022
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Selected candidate must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to start or receive an approved exemption
  • Clear criminal background and drug screen is required prior to start
