Portland, Oregon - 2022-06-22 Associate Service Coordinator (Pacific Time Zone)

We are searching for a Remote Associate Service Coordinator to join our dedicated and talented team on the West Coast supporting customers in Pacific Time Zone (preferred locations: Washington, Oregon, California, or Nevada). Associate Service Coordinators at TSP typically have the following job responsibilities: 

  • Tracking the full lifecycle of professional services bookings
  • Collaborating with support, operations, logistics, sales, finance and legal to execute professional services tasks
  • Coordinating service engagements and installations within the US
  • Managing the calendars and scheduling of a team implementation engineers in the US
  • Assisting in onboarding new implementation engineers by managing training schedules
  • Developing, monitoring, and following up on reporting with professional service management and internal/external team members to ensure data is being maintained properly related to forecasting and implementation metrics

The ideal person to fill this role will have experience such as:

  • Must be tech-savvy to quickly learn the terminology, equipment, and service delivery options.
  • Must be detail oriented, organized and have worked in a similar role in the past (i.e. project management, administrative, dispatch, etc.).
  • Will primarily be supporting Pacific Time Zone, but must have the flexibility in supporting other time zones on occasion
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills including ability to tactfully respond to scheduling requests and provide alternative suggestions to satisfy all parties.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, able to speak articulately with personnel at all levels
  • Must have a general understanding of Microsoft Outlook and demonstrate superb communication skills (phone, email, and in-person).
  • Must be reliable, proactive and possess the ability to take ownership of multiple engagements.
  • The ability to remain professional under pressure.
  • Requires high school diploma (or GED or high school equivalence certificate) 
  • Performs work under direct supervision — handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff
  • Experience scheduling professional service engagements preferred
