As one of our next #TSProckstars, you’ll be taking on these responsibilities:

  • Installation of new Cat5e Cables, with the ability to identify boundaries of IDF, Labeling in IDF, Customer's Office, and Punch down on Patch Panel, 110 blocks, and 66 Block.
  • Testing LAN drops with Fluke to verify installation.
  • Installation of Cross Connects in IDF and MDF
  • Troubleshoot LAN Drops with Fluke
  • Program IP Phones in Cisco Call Manager (New, Changes, Disconnects)
  • Install IP Phones in office and conference Rooms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with IP Phones in a timely manner
  • Programming in Call Manager of Analog Phones (VG224, VG248)
  • Installation of Analog Lines (Faxes) (Includes Programming and Installation of Line to Destination
  • Work trouble issues and update service tickets in ticketing software system within Service Level Agreement (SLA) time period
  • Work in clean room environment as needed
  • Work in confined spaces as needed
  • Work on ladders (and with safety harness) as needed
  • Work according to Environmental Safety Hazard Standards

We know you can handle these things because you have experience like:

  • Prior cabling experience
  • Knowledge of Cat5e cable color code
  • Knowledge of IDF and MDF’s
  • Experience using Fluke Testers and Wire Wrap Tool
  • Prior experience managing IP Phones & Analog Phones is highly desired (Cisco Call Manager experience is a plus – willing to train)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Dependable, creative in problem solving, ability to learn & adapt quickly
  • Strong time management, highly organized & detail-oriented
  • Work according to Environmental Safety Hazard Standards
  • Able to work within confined spaces
  • Able to walk long distances
  • Not afraid of heights (may work on ladders / with safety harness as needed)


  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship (no corp to corp or 3rd parties, please)
  • Clear criminal background and drug screen required prior to start
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to start
