CSC’s Skills Manager tool helps coordinators select a skilled and available engineer, and also informs us of our real-time lead times. In real-time, TSP can identify the number of engineers authorized in a specific skill.

If we need to train engineers on a particular skill, we can set their status to Training or Shadowing, which allows coordinators to identify additional training opportunities.
