Building Relationships and Keeping Costs Competitive Helps TSP Grow with its Customers

(DALLAS) May 26, 2016 TSP (Technology Service Professionals), a privately held IT services company, announces new and expanded contracts with five different customers.

TSP started doing business with one of North America’s largest manufacturers of transportation, construction and industrial products in October of 2015. An introduction by a former C-level executive from one of TSP’s largest customers is responsible for the initial interaction. In seven short months, TSP’s superior people and services has allowed that contract and initial introduction to expand to eight employees providing helpdesk, desktop and server support. This is a true testament to the value and importance of relationships that TSP strives for with all customers.

For just under two years, TSP has been providing helpdesk support to the leading North American producer of unbleached kraft paper and corrugated packaging products. With this round of announcements, TSP is pleased to report the initial one-person contract has been expanded to another full-time representative providing helpdesk support.

In addition, TSP also recently secured desktop and server support contracts at two other manufacturing companies and expanded its contract with a worldwide leader in electronic medical modules and microchip interconnection technologies. In the expanded contract, TSP is bringing regular IT support and will provide ongoing desktop and server support onsite. The company had previously engaged TSP for support on projects.

“From the very start of TSP, we have strategically looked at our existing people first to fill the needs of new contracts, which allows us to control costs and remain competitive. This philosophy started with our first customer (a global semiconductor design & manufacturing company). At that customer location alone in just over 13 years, we’ve grown from one person delivering printer support to having nearly 200 TSP employees providing support at their locations in the United States and Canada,” said Rick Skaggs, co-founder and president of emerging business, mergers and acquisitions at TSP. “We are thrilled to enjoy such strong and long-term relationships with our valued customers, and welcome new customers including Amchell, Turnamatic, VLSIP and Trinity Industries.”
