Rick Skaggs
Co-Founder and President
Rick Skaggs is President of Technology Service Professionals, Inc. In his role he is responsible for sales,
marketing, and finance.
Skaggs started TSP in 2002 with over 30 years experience in the high tech service industry. Before starting
TSP, he held various senior level management positions at Honeywell International where he was employed 25 years.
Skaggs received a Certification for Advanced Electronics in the US Army.
Frank Gonzalez
Co-Founder and Vice President
As Vice President of operations, Frank Gonzalez directs the day to day operations of the company and is
responsible for the effective delivery of customer satisfaction. He co-founded TSP with Rick Skaggs in 2002.
Prior to starting TSP, Mr. Gonzalez had a 12-year career at Honeywell International, where he served as a
National Field Service Leader. In this capacity, he was responsible for providing focus, supervision,
coordination, and the overall management for the Infrastructure Design and Support Organization.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University.
Keith McElwain
Controller
Keith McElwain has over 24 years of financial and administrative experience, mainly in small to mid-sized
companies. Most recently, he was Vice President & Controller of IP Communications, a start-up telecommunications
company.
Prior to IP, he was Controller for a national transportation company. Before that, he was the Treasurer and
Controller for AutoTester, a software development and services company. His background also includes senior
accounting positions at Foster Grant and Ericsson.
Mr. McElwain is a Certified Public Accountant and attended Baylor University and holds a B.B.A. degree from The
University of North Texas.
